The Litteraire is a white cotton maternity Dress is made of 100% cotton. It is the perfect combination of English country meets Byron Bay bohemian beauty goddess. Featuring beautifully soft and feminine in Swiss style cotton with cotton lace frill detailing along the neckline as well as along tiered skirting. The cotton tassel tie front makes for easy breast feeding followed by a self tie waist which can be cinched to your liking, flowing through to a figure flattering, flowing skirt.
Maternity and non-maternity friendly.

Measurements
100% Cotton. Can be worn as a relaxed fit worn loosely or a tighter fitting dress.
All measurements are taken with the dress lying flat (measured side seam to side seam)
For maternity the waist part of the dress will sit under bust on top of bump.

How quickly can my order be received?
Last minute orders are always welcome and we will try our best to get it to you but is done at your own risk. All orders are posted Monday-Friday when placed before 3pm. Same day dispatch is always offered. Local pick-up from our Somerville, Melbourne studio is available everyday until 7pm.
Same day delivery is available within Melbourne. Must be placed before 10am please message to arrange
How much is shipping?
Our express shipping service is a flat rate fee of $19.99 which includes your return pre-paid satchel. Any try-on postal services are to be messaged through and postage is calculated on a weight basis.
All orders are sent via Australia Express postage and include your pre-paid and pre-filled in return postage bag.
Due to the current postage delays being faced Australia wide we are sending out all orders ahead of time. This does not affect your dates chosen, it is to ensure delivery of your gown in time.
$19.95 return express postage (return satchel is included)
Pre-paid return satchels must be returned back to your nearest post office by 3pm on advised date and a lodgement receipt obtained. Do not post back via a post box as this can cause severe delays. Failing to do this will incur additional fees.
Last minute orders are welcome but always come with a risk. There is no refunds on late deliveries as these are out of our control. While most deliveries are being delivered next day or within 2 days at times these can change.
Can I pick-up?
Local Pick-up is available from Somerville, Vic 3912 or Bentleigh East, Vic 3165. *Bentleigh East Pick-up has to be organised in advance. LOCAL PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK UP UNTIL 7PM FROM OUR SOMERVILLE LOCATION ONLY. ALL LAST MINUTE ORDERS WELCOME.
Getting our dresses wet and sandy
You can take our dresses to the beach and get them wet and sandy. After completing your session you are required to gently rinse the part of the gown that was in the water immediately after use in cold water, ring out as much water as possible and hang to dry. Please give it time to air dry before placing it in your return postal bag. Our dresses are never to be put into a dryer or be sent back wet.
Bushland, Farmland or a Forest Setting
When using are dresses in these setting you are to ensure that our dresses are not dragged across the floor when walking. All dresses must have the bottom carried when walking.
What is my dress arrives creased?
All our dresses are cleaned and steamed before sending. But creases may arise during the postal time. If you receive your dress with slight creases- please DO NOT IRON it, hang it in your bathroom running a hot shower and the steam will help remove creases.
Returning your dress
All dress hires must be sent back via post by 3pm on the final day of your rental agreement at your local post office. Local pick up and drop off have to be returned by 7pm on the agreed day.

Security Bond Authorisation Charge
At Everything Lace Hire to secure your rental a Security Authorisation charge of $2 will be automatically added to your cart to secure your order. When placing your order all details are kept securely lodged . We will contact you again only in the event of any additional charges or enquiries. As long as the dress is returned with no damage, staining or late no additional fees will be incurred.
The whole process of hiring the dress for my maternity shoot was seamless and easy.
I didn’t want to purchase a new dress that I would probably only wear once so was recommended to visit everything lace hire.
I made the purchase/hire online and opted to pick up and drop off the dress as I am local but organising a time with Chloe was very easy and she is very sweet.
The dress itself came clean and presentable, it was perfect for our shoot.
I am currently about a size 14 at 37 weeks pregnant and it was still quite roomy.

I hired the Ankoa dress along with the Wide Brim everlasting floral hat for my maternity shoot at 36 weeks. I’m about a size 14-16 usually and the Large fit me perfectly without any tightness on my chest or waist. It was comfortable for moving around in and even for a dance we filmed. It was hard to choose between the dresses but I am definitely glad I landed on this one.
The process of hiring was so easy and fuss free! I’m local to Everything Lace Hire so I picked up and dropped off instead of posting it off and was happy with how easy it was. I didn’t even have to get it dry cleaned because Chloe explained that was part of the hiring fee!
The room to try on dresses was really beautiful and it was a really fun experience. I have gotten bigger since being pregnant and was a bit worried about limits on sizing but there was a ton to choose from that i enjoyed the experience instead of feeling self conscious!
This is my last pregnancy so I wanted a really special shoot without having to pay for a dress I can only wear once so I’m really glad I found Everything Lace Hire
