Everything Hire Refund Policy


In the event of you requiring to cancel your booking before postage has been carried out will have a $25 cancellation fee applied. If you cancel your booking or your event gets cancelled, Everything Lace Hire will issue you a store credit to be used at anytime minus our cancellation fee and security bond authorisation fee.

A credit note will be issued for you to use in the future minus your cancellation fee. If you wish to proceed with a refund rather than a credit note the $25 cancellation fee will be deducted.

Security Authorisation Charge is non-refundable in any circumstance.

In the event of Everything Lace Hire having to cancel a booking, we reserve the right too at short notice if needs be. This is extremely rare but will only happen if a garment has been returned back to us late or damaged. If Everything Lace Hire does have to cancel your booking we will contact you immediately with the option of choosing an alternative gown, refund or store credit.

Change of Mind
In the event that you receive your chosen gown which you hired, as stated, but you simply change your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer you a replacement at an additional fee plus postage costs provided that:

(I) You notify us immediately on the day of receiving your gown. If not contacted on the day of delivery no refund option will be available. Refund option will only be refunded as a try-on price of $20. Strictly no refunds on postage or security authorisation charge.
(II) The gown you have selected has not yet been despatched for delivery.

It is extremely important when selecting your desired piece that you are using the measurements provided ensuring it will fit.

If upon receiving your desired gown or robe it does not fit please contact us immediately. This must be done on the day of arrival.
If there is not enough time to get a replacement piece to you, return (contact must of been made and return is to be lodged the next day by 2pm to your local post office). A refund minus the try-on fee, postage and security authorisation will be issued back.

Once our rentals leave our studio we have no control over parcel delivery times. We aim to send out all hired gowns within adequate time if able to do so to ensure delivery for your dates.

Please ensure you are booking your dates in advance to ensure they can be delivered in time. Any late bookings made is carried out at your own risk but please contact us to see if alternative changes such as extensions to the booking can be made to ensure you get to wear your chosen gown. If a booking is not able to be extended please send back immediately for your bond payment to be returned and a credit voucher issued.

There is no strictly no refunds on delivery costs.

Store Credit
All store credit do not poses an expiration date so can be used by yourself when needed. With a large stock of dresses to suit all body shapes maternity and non-maternity and used for all occasions.

All store credits will need to pay postage costs.
