Everything Lace Hire Terms and Conditions.
You (renter) must read all Terms and Conditions before completing order.
Everything Lace Hire is operated and owned by Chloe Wilsher ABN 79448423367. These terms and conditions that are outlined below apply to the service provided between us and the customer.
When using the service you are entering into a legal binding contract between you (customer) and Everything Lace Hire. Everything Lace Hire reserves the right to change and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time at it's sole discretion.
The terms and conditions you agree to enter you into a binding legal contract between customer (you) and Everything Lace Hire. By accessing, using and booking through the website you have agreed to comply with all terms and conditions outlined.
This agreement you are entering into contains all the terms and conditions regarding your hiring from Everything Lace Hire via our website www.everythinglacehire.com.au and agree to all information outlined.
All our Terms and Conditions are outlined on our website and are subject to change from time to time.
When hiring a gown from Everything Lace Hire you agree that you are hiring the gown and the ownership of the gowns remains with Everything Lace Hire at all times.
Everything Lace Hire is an online service store where you can hire a number of different gowns for different occasions whether it be for a maternity shoot, family photoshoots, baby showers to weddings.
Once you have chosen your desired dress and made the necessary arrangements for hire you agree to all appropriate fees and charges associated with the hire of the dress, which also includes the additional security deposit that is required separately.
When your hire service is locked in you will receive confirmation of your dates and dress to be hired with payment details.
The fees and charges for hiring our dresses will include the hiring fee, security authorisation charge ($2), dry cleaning and delivery charges if requiring postage. When hiring a product you authorise Everything Lace Hire to charge your payment method for your hire fee.
If for some reason the chosen dress becomes unavailable (only time this will happen is if the garment has been damaged or returned late) we will notify you immediately with the option of an alternative dress or refund.
We are unable to refund your order due to a photoshoot cancellation if the dress has already been sent.
All hire's are non-refundable once the order has been placed. If an order is to be cancelled a credit towards future rentals will be given.
Everything Lace Hire will not be held responsible for any sickness or cancellation of event.
Everything Lace Hire charges a non-refundable security authorisation charge at checkout to cover any additional costs for dry cleaning that may be necessary if you (renter) gets a dress dirty in an indoor or outdoor environment, or… should the dress become damaged, it will cover some of the cleaning or repair necessary. You (renter) understands that this refundable dry cleaning deposit is assessed to pay a cleaning or repair fee if the dress is returned ruined, dirty, stained, ripped or with an odour and that it may not fully cover the cost so additional charges will be needed. You will be invoiced for further monies, if deemed necessary.
When returning please ensure that the supplied hanger and dress bag are returned. Failure to do this will incur a flat fee of $15 to have them replaced. This will automatically be taken out of your security deposit.
DELIVERY | PICK UP OPTIONS
Delivery of dress will be carried out by chosen method.
Pick-up is free of charge and strictly by appointment time only. We are located in Somerville on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria.
Express postage with return satchel enclosed all pre-filled and paid for:
1 garment $25
2 garments $39
3 garments $55
Pre-paid return satchels must be returned back to your nearest post office by 3pm on advised date and a lodgement receipt obtained. Do not post back via a post box as this can cause severe delays. Failing to do this will incur additional fees.
STRICTLY NO DELIVERY TO HOTELS OR PO BOX ADDRESSES. ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED AND NO REFUNDS ISSUED.
If hiring more than 1 bespoke gown there will be an additional charge for postage due to weight and length of gowns.
With current restrictions in place Express postage is still the fastest method of postage but delays can occur which are out of our control. All of the postage times indicated on our website are an estimate only and unfortunately out of our control.
When clicking you agree to our Terms and Conditions we are unable to terminate your order due to postal delays or other inclusions outside of our control. If Everything Lace Hire deems your order to be inaccessible you will be advised and we are able to take further action of cancelling your order.
Everything Lace Hire does not take responsibility for orders where an incorrect or ineligible address has been provided. Upon supplying an incorrect dress you (customer) will not be eligible for any type of refund or store credit, you may be liable to pay any late fees incurred or a replacement fee if the gown booked does not get returned to us.
If a parcel is unable to be delivered due to Australia Post not being able to gain access, able to leave in a safe place or not provided adequate delivery instructions for the property you may be eligible for late fees or replacement gown costs. If a re-direction service has been set up at the property you have requested delivery for delays on delivery will occur and any late fees or replacement gown costs could be incurred.
If a dress states it has been delivered then it is evidence of delivery and you take responsibility for lost items.
If a dress is returned damaged or soiled and is not able to be cleaned by our dry cleaning service or is beyond repair all charges for damages will be incurred by yourself either for repair or full replacement of item. When hiring with Everything Lace Hire you agree to these terms.
If a dress is lost or stolen while in your possession this includes return delivery you agree to cover the full cost of a replacement. When returning the pre-paid satchel it is important to obtain a proof of lodgement receipt from your returning post office. This ensures it is lodged within the Australian Post system and a case can be open.
If a dress has been lost or stolen during the hire period and return of the hired gown you authorise Everything Lace Hire to charge your credit card for the replacement value of the dress which is advertised on the desired gowns page and when clicking you agree to the terms and conditions outlined upon booking.
If for any reason you have a discrepancy with the dress upon delivery, it must be addressed within an hour of acceptance of delivery.
All dresses are to be returned upon date agreed with your return date stated on enclosed paperwork.
All hirings are for a period of 4 unless agreed otherwise. Any late returns will incur a charge of $30 per day until received. Late fees start from non lodgement of date listed. If you do not uphold your agreement you authorise for Everything Lace Hire to charge your payment method of the required fees.
Everything Lace Hire reserves the right to charge the credit card on file, or otherwise collect payment from you and pursue any avenues available to Everything Lace Hire in this regard. If we are unable to charge the credit card on file or otherwise collect payment from you, you agree to make payment for the additional hire period to Everything Lace Hire. Unpaid invoices will be passed on to a debt-collection service with collection costs recoverable from you (the customer)
All bond payments are taken via a authorisation payment of $2. This payment covers having your card details kept by a highly securitised third party which is used by companies who may need to charge additional payments to clients rather than an additional up front charge. THIS FEE IS NOT REFUNDED.
By adding your security bond-pre authorisation charge you agree to Everything Lace Hire having your details stored until your dress is returned in the condition it was sent in. You authorise for any payments to be deducted from your card for late fees, repairs additional cleaning or lost or stolen items.
Please be aware that while you are not required to clean the garment, any permanent stains on our gowns will incur extra charges due to the nature of the extended process of trying to remove them.
In order to avoid extra charges, please do not drag dresses along the floor while you walk or sitting directly on the ground, and please hold the bottom of the garments while you walk on grass to prevent them getting pulled or stained.
Fake tan has to be done a few days before the shoot, and apply baby powder in sweaty areas such as underarms and under the bra, in order to prevent the tan from staining the garments.
All gowns are to be returned by the date advised. If by any chance, the dress is returned late and you did not attempt to communicate with us about the delay, a late fee will be deducted at $30 each day.
Late Fee ~ $30 per day late
Repairs ~ $50-$100 pending on seamstress charges
Stains ~ $50 additional deep clean by Dry Cleaners
ALL OF EVERYTHING LACE HIRE'S CUSTOMERS MUST COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO THIS POLICY EVERYTIME A BOOKING IS MADE. BY CLICKING AGREE ON OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE CHARGES THAT CAN BE MADE.
All hirings require a Slight make-up marks are acceptable any excessive marks have to be informed to us immediately after wear e.g. excessive dirt, mud or water stains.
When hiring with Everything Lace Hire, you (customer) agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above. You authorise any necessary payment incurred to be paid.
*You agree that if you break any conditions of the contract, you will NOT be subject to receive your full deposit back at Owner’s discretion. If you break more than one condition of the contract, this means to the Owner you have either not read the contract in full, or you are purposely being careless, or not understanding the needs of the business and you may be banned from renting again from Everything Lace Hire.
We ask that clients provide us with one photo that we would be able to share to our social media platform. Please ensure when providing us with an image that you make us aware of your photographer so that we can credit them.
All photographers are to credit us in images when using the company/designer of the original designer on your image. For example if you have one of our Reclamation dresses we (Everything Lace Hire) as well as Reclamation would be credited.
If a photographer would not like an image to be used on our social media. We would ask that they also refrain from using the image on social media where are gowns are being showcased.
Everything listed upon Everything Lace Hire website and social media platforms are subject to copyright from the date of start-up 27th January 2021. All images, text, graphics, logos, button icons and all other content on this website are the property of Everything Lace Hire, unless stated otherwise. In no way manner is anything allowed to be copied, minorly replicated or taken directly without the written permission of Everything Lace Hire.
All services of Everything Lace Hire are provided exclusively by us. You must not use any part of the content on our site under the Copyright Act 1968 for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us. Failure to follow our copyright guidelines of Everything Lace Hire will incur legal action and appropriate fees.
