At Everything Lace Hire you have two options for delivery.

1.  Local Pick-up is available from Somerville, Vic 3912 or Bentleigh East, Vic 3165. *Bentleigh East Pick-up has to be organised in advance. LOCAL PICK-UP IS AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK UP UNTIL 7PM FROM OUR SOMERVILLE LOCATION ONLY. ALL LAST MINUTE ORDERS WELCOME.

After dress hire has been confirmed we will contact you to arrange a time for collection and provide collection address.

2. Express postage offered Australia wide.

With our postage option a return satchel with paid postage paid will be included for your easy return on the dress.

All orders are sent via Australia Express postage and include your pre-paid and pre-filled in return postage bag.
At times delays can be faced while these are out of our control we try to send out all orders ahead of time. This does not affect your dates chosen, it is to ensure delivery of your gown in time.

ORDERS $190 AND UNDER (dress or robes) ~ $25 return express postage (return satchel is included)
ORDERS OVER $190 ~ FREE RETURN SHIPPING

Pre-paid return satchels must be returned back to your nearest post office by 3pm on advised date and a lodgement receipt obtained. Do not post back via a post box as this can cause severe delays. Failing to do this will incur additional fees.

To ensure the delivery of your dress hire please try and book ahead of time so that we can get it to you sooner.

Last minute orders are welcome but always come with a risk. There is no refunds on late deliveries as these are out of our control. While most deliveries are being delivered next day or within 2 days at times these can change.

Fit/Faulty items

If you receive a dress from Everything Lace Hire that does not fit or is damaged please make contact by the end of the day of your delivery date.

Everything Lace Hire will try their best to ensure that we can get a replacement out to you.

This may incur additional fees.
