NOT SURE? ADD A BACK-UP FOR PEACE OF MIND
We know it’s a special time and you want to look your best. So, if you’re not 100% sure about the size or fit of the dress you have selected for your photoshoot, baby shower, gender reveal or special occasion, then we suggest adding a Backup Dress to your order.
So how does it work?
Follow these 4 easy steps:
IMPORTANT ~ THIS IS FOR A BACK UP OPTION ONLY NOT AS A SECOND DRESS TO WEAR.
IF YOU DESIRE TO WEAR TWO OR MORE GOWNS THIS MUST BE ORDERED AS A NORMAL HIRE.
Step One
Add both dresses to your cart ensuring that dates selected are both the same.
Step Two
Enter code BACKUP at checkout for 60% off the lower priced dress, gown or robe.
STRICTLY ONLY ONE CAN BE WORN. Any signs of wear and you will be invoiced for full cost.
Step Three
Choose your desired piece to wear, one dress, gown or robe must remain unworn. If there is the smallest sign it has been worn you will be charged full rental piece.
Step Four
Return both dresses on return date. Late fees do apply for late returns.
BACK-UP FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE
Our backup dress option gives you peace of mind, and another choice to wear if your original choice it not perfect for you. You are only permitted to wear ONE of the dresses from your selection.
If both items are worn, you are required to payment of the full rental price.
There are no refunds in difference of price.
To ensure you receive the back-up dress discount the code MUST be used at the time of checkout only.

POSTAGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND CHARGED AT 2 DRESSES $39 (includes your return satchel)
Will I be refunded for the back-up dress?
Our back-up dress fee is non-refundable. If you choose to wear either the back-up dress or the full priced option, unfortunately we do not refund the difference in price between the two.
